Going Tekkit: Map Reset

Goodbye old TBU map! Ah yes. Tonight I say goodbye to Miker's bakery and Takeda's samurai dojo as well as me and gumpys cave. We made one last mighty attempt at keeping that alive, unfortunetly Godzillarich shot that dead by loosing what little diamond we had obtained in the depths of an abandond mine. Oh well. The final version of the TBU Hard difficulty map is available here.

Tactical Burger Uprising is now a Tekkit server. We still operate under a whitelist so contact me if you wish to play. I will also be adopting the old Minecraft Coxville YouTube channel to make videos about our exploits. Thanks for playing guys. See you in the mines!

Since activity has calmed down at TBU, I thought this might be a good time to make the first version of the world map available for public download! Feel free to check out the houses and build your own map based on it.

Minecraft server update

A ticket has been submitted to Gameservers to get the server updated to the latest version. I am having some issues with the FTP at the moment. Gameservers apparently thinks it's a wonderful idea to not give me complete control over my FTP space. I can't download or change the map, nor can I mess with the settings. (Hence the reason I have to submit a ticket to get this done.)

Not to worry though. We will roll out the new version fairly quickly.

TBU now has a 4 slot Minecraft server.

Tactical Burger Uprising is now home to a private 4-slot Minecraft server. We are running a vanilla edition of the latest version on hard mode. If you are interested in becoming whitelisted, leave a comment here or contact Critical Failure.

TBU Closing

I have stopped playing on TBU. Also, no one is donating. The reason I went with a 1.6 server as opposed to a Source server is so I could play with Darabka (who also doesn't play here.) Since no one is donating, I feel no reason to keep this alive.
